Occupants and Guest Behavior
- Occupants and their guests must not interfere with the reasonable peace, comfort and privacy of other occupants. All technicians to wear suitable clothing when outside the compound walls.
- Maintenance of Rooms and Villas
- Occupants must maintain their rooms in a way that does not create a fire or health hazard. Strictly no cooking in the rooms (Fire hazard)
- Occupants must not intentionally or recklessly damage or destroy any part of their rooms or facility in their rooms. All faults or damages must be reported to the caretaker for maintenance etc.
- The apartment will be serviced by a team whom will have approval access to all rooms for cleaning, no one is to withhold or prevent access.
Common Areas and Villa Grounds
- Common areas are shared by occupants. Rubbish must be removed and disposed in correct bins away from living areas. (Discourage bugs /rats). No tools are to be stored in apartment grounds. The grounds are to be kept clean and tidy at all times.
Food Storage
- Proper storage of foods is encouraged to avoid spoilage, poisoned and contamination of bacteria which is harmful to health. Wrap it and put proper labels and markings for identification. Keep the fridge /freezer clean all the time.
Doors Locks and Keys
- Occupants must ensure that all doors/gates are closed at all times. Always keep all doors closed to prevent animal/insect entry.
Smoking, Alcohol and Drugs
- Smoking is prohibited in rooms /kitchen, common areas rooftop and bathrooms. Occupants should smoke only in designated areas.
- Drinking alcohol and use of illegal drugs is prohibited.
Animals
- Occupants must not keep an animal (eg. Dogs and cats) on the premises without permission of the company.
